Normally when people wake from the bed the mandatory thing one will do is brushing. It should be done in a proper way to avoid compliments. Two major components in process of brushing are the first is choosing the right toothbrush to use. Choosing a good toothbrush is the most important step in learning how to brush your teeth well. The best choice is a soft brush with a small head. Soft brushes are still capable of removing plaque, while staying soft enough to protect your teeth or gums from damage. The second major component is the toothpaste that you use.  Toothpaste that contains fluoride is typically good enough, unless your dentist has determined that you have other special needs that need to be met by your choice in toothpaste. The rules of brushing are fairly simple. The first rule is to make sure you don’t miss any areas of your mouth. Pick a spot to start, work your way to the opposite side and all the way through the entire mouth until you finish where you started. Two minutes are adequate for a good brushing.

The tips of the bristles of the toothbrush should go in between the gums and the teeth. Sweep the plaque away from the teeth and the gums, while applying a lateral vibration with your toothbrush. Also, remember that your brushing is not completed until you have brushed all the surfaces of your teeth, not just when your mouth is full. On the surfaces where you chew your food, short strokes work best to get the plaque out of the grooves and pits of the teeth. After every meal it is better to brush the teeth in order to have healthy teeth and gum. Also before going to bed it is advisable to brush the teeth ones.

A bath robe, commonly made with cotton, is the garment worn by people inside the privacy of their homes. This bath robe is usually used before taking a bath to cover the nude body which is so comfortable for people and after one take bath it is used to dry off the water. It later became a fashion trend, however, that resulted to the popularity of robes made of silk. Since silk is not a good material to absorb water, the primary use of silk robes is to cover the body. Silk robes act like a secondary garment to cover the sleeping clothes of a person.

Later on, robes made of micro fibers were made available in the market. The use of micro fibers as a robe material tends to speed up the absorption of water as well as provide the feel of smoothness to the skin similar to the effect of the silk material. The breathable quality of a robe is an important thing to consider when looking for a robe. Aside from the three common types of materials used for making robes, the type of weaving pattern can also have an effect on the robe’s breath ability and effectiveness in absorption of water. In summary, robe users have a choice on the type of robe they prefer. They can choose between cotton, silk or micro fibers.  Traditionalists prefer cotton while highly fashionable people will most likely to buy a silk robe. Though the weaving pattern has an effect on the characteristics of a robe, the kind of material used is more important.
